A one off special Shiraz made to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We took a few rows of our best Shiraz, carefully removed half the bunches early in the season to increase grape flavour, then bled some of the juice from the fruit in the winery for extra concentration. Matured in french oak for 14 months.
