Picked a little earlier than prior vintages to preserve natural acidity and aged on lees for 18 months we regard this wine as one of the best vintages of this wine. Perfect for any occasion. It’s made from whole bunch pressed Shiraz with some Cabernet Sauvignon depending on the year. It is bottle fermented and spends a year or so on lees.
