Our Shiraz is grown from clones PT23, PT10 and Kalimna 3C , handpicked, destemmed, co-fermented with 1% Viognier, fermented with indigenous yeasts, aged for 16 months before being bottled. Spice, liquorice and violets on the nose with black fruits and velvety tannins softened nicely with some bottle maturation. 95 points from James Halliday and awarded a special value wine.
